Is there any subscription costs to run a Solar Camera?
No, you are able to connect the WiFi solar camera to an existing WiFi network and you can choose to use the onboard SD memory card to store recordings.  If you choose the cloud storage feature there is a subscription fee.  There maybe additional fees if you choose the 4G model as you'll need to provide your own active 4G Sim Card with mobile data.  

What is the difference between the WiFi & 4G model?
The Wifi model is able to connect to any 2.4ghz WiFi network as long as you have access and the Wifi password.  The 4G model is able to connect to the internet utlising a 4G Sim Card in situations where there is no Wifi coverage.

Can the 4G model connect to both a 4G and WiFi network?
No, the 4G model can only connect to a 4G mobile network via a Sim Card and the Sim Card must be inserted for it to be setup or access the camera.

Do i need to supply my own Sim Card for the 4G model?
Yes, you need to provide your own Sim Card as the one you use will depend on which networks are available in your area.

What currency are the prices on your site?
All prices are in AUD.

I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can and always aim to dispatch within 24hours of the order being received.  This cannot alway be achieved on weekends, public holidays or festive seasons.  Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business Days please email us at sales@leersolarcameras.com.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at sales@leersolarcameras.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary due to couriers and times of the year.  We aim for you to have your item within 5~10 business days depending on yoru location.
